The Development

A new space in an old neighbourhood

Situated beside plentiful green space, including the Hampstead Heath Extension and Golders Hill Park, its position is enviable. Whether you’re beside water or strolling through the parks, you’ll feel like you could be in the countryside, while enjoying all that London has to offer.

Barnet is one of London’s largest boroughs, and now boasts the new Hampstead Reach development. It is a new approach to a development, based on architecture derived from the Hampstead Garden Suburb. Not much more than a stone’s throw away from attractive Hampstead Heath, it’s located in a peaceful and secluded cul-de-sac accessed from Wellgarth Road.

The Development

From past to present

Hampstead Reach is a new development for North London, consisting of 39 apartments and six houses. The apartments are set over three to four storeys and will consist of two to three bedrooms. They are beautifully positioned, overlooking the spacious gardens.

The interiors are evocative of the Arts and Crafts period, but with a modern twist, responding to the modern style of living.
